Am I eligible to make referrals?
- You’re a KP Internet customer (including businesses) with at least 1 line on your account.
- Your account has been active for at least 90 days and is in good standing.
- You have a KP Internet Customer Login.
Who can I refer and what do they need?
You can refer anyone who hasn’t had KP Internet service within the previous 60 days.
To qualify as a referral, your friends and family must:
- Use your name when signing up online or with a representative.
- Activate a new account with at least 1 internet line.
- Maintain service in good standing (active and current) for 60 days after account activation.
